02. Your prompt must have something to do with winter.
03. The minimum word count required is 1500, but you can always write more.
04. NSFW works are welcomed, but tag them properly!

05. A prompt can be claimed both for writing and for fanarts at the same time.
06. This fest is anonymous! Please, avoid discussing what you’re writing during the anonymous period.
07. You can claim one prompt at a time!
08. If you need an extension or to drop out, let us know as soon as possible.

✦ Can I cross-post my fic to different collections/platforms?
If the timelines align, yes!

✦ What's allowed?
Pretty much everything, since it's tagged properly.
At least one part of your fanwork needs to happen during winter, but you don't have to spell it out, too. Mentioning cold weather already suffices!

✦ About prompting:
A Google Form will be available from March 20th until April 18th. You can send us as many prompts as you'd like and you don't have to be a writer/artist to submit a prompt;
If you're planning on self-prompting, wait for the claiming form to submit it.
The collected prompts will be available to view as of April 15.

✦ About check-ins:
An e-mail will be sent out to the address you provided in the claiming/self-prompting and you'll have ten days to get back to us.
For the first check-in, there is no minimum required.
For the second check-in, you need to have at least 65% done of what you plan on posting. In the case of fanart, you just have to confirm if you're still with us in case you're planning on starting closer to the posting date.

✦ About claiming:
A Google Form will be available from April 20th to August 10th.
You can claim one prompt at a time and, after submitting the first one, you're free to claim another one.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail in up to 48 hours. If you don't receive it, please contact us through DMs and we can sort it out.
The same prompt can be claimed by both a fanartist and a writer.
